TracePoint is an AI-powered investigation platform that provides background checks, skip traces, OSINT research, and digital investigation tools. Reports are generated using publicly available information and artificial intelligence.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to use TracePoint only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
TracePoint services are intended for legitimate professional use including legal research, due diligence, asset recovery, and personal safety. You agree not to use our services for harassment, stalking, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Individual report purchases are non-refundable once generation has begun. For billing issues, contact our support team.
TracePoint reports are generated from publicly available data sources and AI analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Reports should be used as a starting point for further investigation, not as definitive conclusions.
TracePoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or reliance on report content.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of TracePoint after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
